Our crane not only serves as an effective supplement to our land-based handling capacities, but has the ability to operate anywhere within the port 24 hours a day.

The cost of using the floating crane is significantly less than the costs to set up a mobile/tower crane.

With a full deck length of 47.5m and a cargo deck area of 20m x 14m, the floating crane is more than capable of assisting with general lifting as well as the loading and unloading of ships docked alongside or within our two floating docks.

In addition to the above, the floating crane is able to assist with the transhipment of goods as well as provide an effective ship to shore transportation solution for cargo.

The floating cranes lifting capacity is divided into two categories

  • Auxiliary hoist (small hook – 15 tons) at a full reach of 18 meters over deck.
  • Lifting capacity over deck is 40 tons at 16 metres and 60 tons at 10 metres.
