It has over 50 procedure approvals from various inspection authorities, both in the marine and industrial fields. Contracted jobs are completed in the period allowed, with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

DORMAC is committed to quality. All inspections are performed in our workshop by our Quality Control Manager. We have all the necessary equipment to assure quality parts. Inspection records are always available for review.
All parts are first article inspected and monitored throughout the complete manufacturing process to insure a quality machine shop product.
The CATIA V5 Cad software allows DORMAC to carry out specific repairs to components in that new parts may be “re-designed” from old (or existing parts) to suit the required repair to exact standards, thus repairs can be “custom made”. Repairs and manufacture of hydraulic pump parts are typical of this kind of application.
