The DORMAC Team

Our highly motivated work force, led by a strong and united management team, is without a doubt the most important component contributing to the success of DORMAC. The majority of our managers have sea-going experience and understand the importance of providing service of the highest level - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Consequently, it is the company’s policy to have a manager and a representative on duty at all times to oversee scheduled and emergency work. Our staff have the qualifications and the experience to fulfil the company’s guarantee of high quality workmanship and excellent service. DORMAC’s work ethic and professionalism are well respected throughout the industry.

Our Global Vision

DORMAC is currently expanding its specialist new build division. Commissioning of such projects will necessitate the employment of a substantial number of skilled specialists.
We are confident that this manner of upgrading our ‘skill pool’ will have numerous positive spin-offs for the company to attract large conversions and refits to our yards. In addition, the increased capacity would enable the company to carry out larger repairs tasks within shorter time periods.
The net result of a move into the new-build market will be the further enhancement of our position as the leaders in our field.
